In brief: We will replace, at our discretion, any extrusion found to have a manufacturing defect during the first 5 years (PVC) -or- 10 years (Aluminum) of normal application and service. Our warranty does not cover issues such as damage, labor, misapplication, incorrect installation, screen or installation hardware, etc. Please read the entire Limited Warranty for full details.
